"Probably won’t order from here again"
I tried ordering from dermsilk.com once, i don’t think I’ll be doing it again. I kept hoping something about the experience would make me feel more confident about my purchase, but it just didn’t really happen.
Nothing was awful enough to make a huge deal out of it, but I also didn’t get that reassuring feeling that I’d picked the right place. Next time, I’ll probably stick with sites I already know and feel more comfortable with.

"Everything came exactly as ordered"
I ordered a few Dermsilk items and, i was mostly just hoping everything would show up the way I picked it. It did. The products, sizes, and quantities were all correct, with nothing missing or randomly swapped out.
I always check the packing slip because the small details say a lot about how a company handles an order. This one matched perfectly, and that gave me a little extra confidence. Simple experience, but a good one, and I’d order again.

"Just didn't work for my skin"
I really wanted to like this, but it just didn’t agree with my skin. After using it, I started feeling sooo itchy, so I had to stop
"Decent experience, but not something I’d rush to recommend"
I ordered from dermsilk.com the whole experience was just okay. Nothing went wrong in any major way, but delivery did take a little longer than I expected, and the website was fine without being especially smooth or memorable. The product itself was decent, but I didn’t have that “wow, this was totally worth it” feeling after using it. If anything, it reminded me that not every purchase has to be amazing to be useful, but it also helped me realize I’m a bit more selective now about what I’d recommend to friends. I might order again if there’s a good sale, but at full price, I’m not sure I’d go out of my way to suggest it.

"Wish I Had Looked Elsewhere"
I regret ordering this. The product didn’t feel genuine to me at all, and I was left wondering if it was fake. Definitely won’t be buying from here again.

It came quickly, which I appreciated, but it still felt like more effort than it should’ve been to keep track of everything and deal with the delivery details.

My order from dermsilk.com arrived today, everything looked good. The packaging seemed really secure, no leaks, no crushed box, and the product was sealed properly. I kept checking it just in case I was missing something, but I don’t think there was anything wrong at all. Delivery was smooth too. Overall, I’m happy with how it showed up

"Customer service was kind of hit or miss"
I reached out to dermsilk.com about an issue with my order, the customer service was a bit hit or miss. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected and the first reply didn’t really explain much. I ended up having to follow up just to get a clear answer. It was eventually taken care of, but the whole thing felt more annoying than it needed to be

I keep checking for the stuff I actually want, and it’s just... never available. Maybe I’m looking at the wrong times or something, but yeah, kind of frustrating when everything I need is out of stock.

"Packaging was a total joke"
The box showed up completely crushed, like someone with zero clue handled it, and the stuff inside had leaked everywhere. Ridiculous experience.

"Checkout was a mess, so I gave up"
I tried placing an order on DermSilk, but the checkout was all over the place. My address wouldn’t save correctly, and then the payment page just refreshed like nothing happened, with no clear error or explanation. It kind of made me wonder if their site was glitching or if something on the backend wasn’t set up right, but who knows.
I even tried again on my phone thinking maybe it was just my browser, but the same thing happened. The worst part was not knowing if my card had been charged or not, which is stressful. Definitely not the kind of first experience that makes me want to try again.

Checkout felt safe overall, and I didn’t notice anything sketchy. The privacy policy was a little vague though, maybe like 70% clear but not quite detailed enough for me.

There’s a good range of stuff to pick from, which is nice because I like having options. I just wish the filters worked a bit better, it would make browsing way easier, especially when you’re trying not to spend forever scrolling

i had to return one item because it just didn’t work well with my skin. i emailed them and they got back to me in about a day, so that was fine. the refund took a little longer than i thought it would, but it did come through in the end. not totally perfect, but nothing too stressful either. i’d still order from them again

"I’ve been using this serum for about..."
I’ve been using this serum for about three weeks now, and I’d say it’s decent overall. My dry patches have definitely calmed down, though they haven’t disappeared completely. I was happy that it didn’t sting or irritate my skin, which is always a big plus for me. Shipping was fine, nothing amazing but no real issue either. I’m taking a star off because the results are a bit slow, but it does seem to help

I was disappointed. The ingredients just feel cheap to me, and the whole thing doesn’t seem worth the money. I tried reaching out about it, but it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership or actually help fix anything

"The charge was right, but the invoice threw me off"
When I saw the charge come through, I was relieved because the amount was exactly what I expected. But then I opened the invoice and had one of those moments where I had to read it twice to figure out what I was looking at. Nothing was actually wrong with the billing, which is the important part, but the way it was laid out made it feel more confusing than it needed to be.

I had a question about my order and, surprisingly, they got back to me the same day. The response was clear too, not one of those generic copy-paste replies companies love sending. My issue got sorted quickly, so yeah, can’t really complain about the service.
